Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All sales made through Digits are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.

International Orders

International customers should expect longer delivery times in certain regions. Orders may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • If a customer fails to pay duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, Digits is not obligated to reship the order.

  • Such orders will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Digits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer at the time of shipment.

If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, APC Worldwide) to file a claim. While we cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases, we will provide assistance with claim filings when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Digits is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for paying all reshipment costs.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • the wrong item,

  • the wrong size, or

  • a defective or damaged product,

you must contact us immediately at digits238@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will issue store credit equal to the product price (excluding shipping). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded. Processing times for pre-orders are specified in the product description (typically 4–6 weeks, or 6–10 weeks for certain items), plus additional shipping time.
