Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 1–3 weeks for order processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier capacity.

For international orders, shipping may take anywhere from 7–40 days due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order in the product description, please allow:

  • 4–6 weeks for processing, unless otherwise specified.

  • For items noted as 6–10 weeks, please allow that full timeframe for processing.

  • Shipping typically requires an additional 1–2 weeks for domestic orders. International shipping may take longer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at digits238@gmail.com so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Risk of Loss / Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. While we cannot issue refunds for such cases, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Failure to pay duties or taxes will result in the package being withheld by customs. In such cases, orders will not be eligible for a refund.
